By using Lawncraft you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Lawncraft is made by Drexel Labs LLC, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Scope

Lawncraft is for self-care of U.S. residential lawns only. Version 1.0 is available in the United States only. It is not for commercial or professional application.

Identification and AI

Identification matches can be wrong. The assistant and identification use AI, which is uncertain and can make mistakes.

Confirm the pest and your grass type before you act.

The label controls

Read and follow the label on your exact product, including permitted sites, label rates and timing, precautions, and state restrictions.

If the label differs from Lawncraft, follow the label, and stop to get qualified advice.

No authority

Lawncraft does not authorize the use of any restricted-use or professional-only product. Follow your state's law.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee identification accuracy, product effectiveness, or freedom from harm to your lawn, people, pets, or the environment.

When in doubt, get qualified help, such as your county extension office or a licensed professional.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. A subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refunds; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

Use Lawncraft lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the service, try to break or bypass its limits, or send content you have no right to send.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lawncraft is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or US$50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
